I do believe in premonitions, but only time will tell about your woman. Could just have been the headache affecting your vision. I get migraines with aura - which is a visual disturbance caused by the mechanism of the headache.
"The symptoms and effects of the aura vary widely. Some can be quite terrifying, especially when experienced for the first time. Some of the visual distortions can be exotic and bizarre. It's interesting to note that Migraine aura symptoms are thought to have influenced some famous pieces of art and literary works. One of the better know is Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland."
Maybe your woman was more aura than premonition.

I believe in premonitions.
A premonition is --"A clairvoyant or clairaudient experience, such as a dream, which resonates with some event in the future.
A strong intuition that something is about to happen." Most likely, this is not the case with your vision, since this woman has no meaning for you, yet.
However, what you experience could be a case of another psychic phenomenon--personification-- "A person, thing or name typifying a certain quality or idea."--it is a known phenomenon in natural healing, for example.
It is worth exploring in a meditation or in a day dream; the healing energies received could help you to prevent the headaches in the future. Good luck!

Yes I used to get them alot and they were never fun or good things. But they prepare you for something you can't know yet.Which is a little weird because I don't believe in the physic stuff.I also used to have very bad and long lasting migraines headeaches.I can tell you of one experience, their are others but this one just effected me badly. We were on a trip from tex to ar tired I told my husband to pull over we were on the interstate,he said no,I said you got too right now,ok so he pulled over what is the matter? I don't know just know must stop this car now.We sat there maybe 30 minutes and I felt fine so we go on and about 1 and half miles down the road a pick-up truck with camper and kids had turned over on the interstate. It gives me chills to this day.

It's not silly at all dear. Yes, I believe in premonitions. Just so you know, my strongest ones come with what I call "brain storms". Not thought processes, but the worst head pain you can imagine. Try to remember everything you can about the woman and her face and expression. You will most likely have more information about her. Don't worry.

I'm so glad you asked that question. I've always felt weird talking about these 'occurrences' in my life. Often, visions come to me as dreams, then they come to light in the real world. Sometimes, I see things and don't understand their meaning until it's too late. And other times, a scent of something can trigger these premonitions and it ALWAYS scares me. I do actually feel somewhat psychic because my visions, or whatever they are, are pretty accurate to actual events, and not always with people close to me, which makes them harder to interpret. But I'm at ease a bit knowing that I'm not alone anymore. Truly, thank you. Now my husband can stop calling me crazy! LOL

I am sorry but you have the definition wrong. A premonition is an entire thought, a message, something that the receiver can discern, realize that it is going to happen. Seeing a woman's face is not a premonition. You say a face.
When you hear a voice that interprets the dream whether you are asleep or not, then that is a premonition.
Did you recognize her, was she doing something, what does she mean to you and did you hear a voice that said something?
No.
Sorry, no premonition.

Yes, I do... They started when I was 16 years old. My father had been sick with cancer, but was in remission, but was told not to drink milk. He, like me was stubborn and would not listen.... My friend and I were on the way home from "Cruising" and when we got to the top of the hill before gettting to my house I suddenly had this horrible feeling that something had happened to my dad and when I got home I was right. He had died of an aneurysm from drinking milk to fast and it caused a blood clot and he died.
Same thing with my mom, we talked daily even when I was in Alabama in Graduate School and on the day she died I knew something was wrong, did not know she was dead, but knew something was wrong I could just feel it... and late that night my uncle called me to tell me.
I believe that all people have a certain ability to for see things, but others have more accuracy with predictions or just knowing things whether good or bad.

Yes, I believe in premonition and I've experienced superficial headaches like yours whenever psychic experiences occur. Don't be afraid of what you have, embrace it and try to develop to your gift and make good use of it.

I believe in premonitions. I believe that they are a matter of strange irony and silly coincidence.
For example...
You hear a song on your head. You turn on the radio and that song is playing.
You dreamed your boyfriend would cheat on you, then he did.
You dreamed you were at your grandmothers funeral, a week later she died.
How do we explain all of that...
Easy.
You listen to the same radio station too much, lots of guys cheat on their girlfriends, and old people are always at risk of dying on you.
I belive that dreams, are your subconscious mind preparing your normally concious mind, to cope with events that you know may happen someday.
I would love to meet a real physic !, so I can slap them in the face...then ask them, "did you know I was going to do that !?"
