This song called Fire by the Ohio Players...
Its eerie because while they were recording the song a pregnant woman was stabbed several times in the bathroom of the studio and you can hear the woman screaming in the background. the song has sirens in it as well to imitate a fire truck so you have to really listen and you can hear it. It gives me goosebumps when I hear it. Unfortunately the woman and her baby died and the screaming was never taken out of the song.

I think Black Sabbaths, "Black Sabbath" is a pretty eerie song, which is based on a true vision of a demon seen at the foot of the bed of one of the band members. Even the guitar chords are very haunting.
