It does seem that Jen is in trouble.
It does sound serious, how do you know you have a perforation unless you've already been to a doctor? That's a serious question by the way.

If you have an anal fissure or tear you need to see your doctor. It may need surgery if serious, but usually responds to healing time and antibiotics.
However, if you have a rectal performation you need to get yourself to a doctor or hospital as soon as possible because you do not want to get an abdominal infection like peritonitis or absess.
These both occur quickly and if not treated as quickly (especially peritonitis) can be painful and deadly.
I've included a link to information about abdominal infections and theraputic (mostly antibiotic) interventions. This link also discusses the type of abdominal infections you might experience without medical intervention.
Don't mean to scare you, but this is serious.

Well you have about a minuet before you poop out blood every 20 minuets tell you bleed out.If your Lucky the bleeding will stop for a time, you will last 12 hours before you pas out.If you don't get to see a doctor soon you will be dead.
