what do you no about bluye flamed tetra's?

They are generally quite active swimmers, peaceful and a generally good community fish. Like most tetras they will do fine on a good quality flake food with a little frozen food added to their diet from time to time. Here's a good profile on them:

yes active ,do well in groups,feed fresh water multi pack it contains a proper balance of nutrients for fresh water fish.This food is frozen and it comes in cubes.
