Off the top of my head, I'm tired of:
Blues Traveler "Run Around"
Lenny Kravitz "Fly Away"
The Verve "Bittersweet Symphony"
Fleetwood Mac "Landslide"
Most Bob Marley
Most REM
Most Alanis Morisette
Most old U2
(and it's not because I hate these artists)
Then there are the newer bands that I can't stand like Evanescence, The Killers, All-American Rejects, Avril Levigne, and Daughtry. I also don't like how modern rock stations play so much music from the 90s like Nirvana. There are enough decent new songs that they could be playing too. Some of them probably play more Nirvana now than they did 10+ years ago when Kurt Cobain was still alive.

The Fray has sent me to the limit. I have satellite radio so its not much of a problem. If you want to listen to online radio on your computer, Ultiamte Radio is the best radio

Woman By Wolfmother is probably the most overplayed song ever. at least it was when it first came out. Wolfmother isn't even that good.

They are ALL my least favorite. Mainstream radio stinks. I should know, I worked full time in radio for 21 years. I only listen to podcasts now. Indies rule! When someone signs with a major label, I am no longer interested in what their music has to say, because being with a label automatically means you will be watered down to fit in the mainstream.
