We have a good chance i'm 30 weeks and I also have been having the same fear I talked to my mom and she said if anything goes down the baby will be fine but just a preeme. Your baby should be atleast over 3 lbs. watch for painful cramps, your mucus plug falling out if it didn't already, or your water breaking suddenly, a big gush of water like you accidently peed on yourself. if you see spotting of blood get to the hospital quick.

If you are 33 weeks along chances are excellent that you will deliver a healthy baby. Even if you go into labor early a baby is pretty well-developed at 33 weeks and will only need a short stay in the hospital before you go home.

The main thing for a mom to look for in the last weeks is fetal movement. Make sure you are feeling movements throughout the day and if you don't lie down, drink something sugary and check again. If still nothing in an hour, call your doctor.

Best of luck!!

i do know of a close friend who went into preterm labor at 28 weeks i think, and lost her baby. its not very likely anymore, and at your stage, a baby born at 33 weeks has a very high survival chance. my doc considers 36 weeks full term, so you really arent too far away. im sorry i dont know what her symptoms were, so i cant say what to look for, but im sure you have an awesome chance of having a wonderful beautiful baby!! at the worst, the baby would be in nicu for a few weeks. many twins and multiples are born at 32 weeks and are just fine!! good luck!!

my neice who is massivly diabetic gave birth a few months ago at 30 weeks. The baby spent a month in neonatal care and survived and is doing great. Dont let the stress of hearing such bad storys get to you. Your chances are greatly reduced for having a miscarriage after 12 weeks so dont worry :)

STOP WORRYING SO MUCH!!!!!!! This carries on to your baby you stressing out, can be putting your baby through stress as well, relax most miscarriages are in your first trimester not your third, and your doctor would have noticed if something looked out of place or if you really had something to worry about, its ok breathe and relax.

Your baby's chances of survival at this point, are awesome. full term is 37 weeks, so you are only 4 weeks early.
