Nope, I tend to take all questions that are asked with all people in mind. I do joke too much toward the asker if I know tid bits of information about them. But serious questions I rarely focus on the asker unless they put themselves into the mix.

It depends on the question, and of course the asker. Sometimes I search through their other questions and answers in an attempt to better understand who they are before making any judgement, this being the case with you (yes I am totally stalking you!), and in other instances their ridiculous questions lend an air of immaturity to their online personna, for instance some girl who spent her time wishing death on celebrities because she simply felt they were ugly. Her question was phrased such that I couldn't help to assume that she was angry and bitter and very immature, now is that assuming too much, well, you would have to define too much.
The other question I ask you is how do you know in such cases your assumptions were wrong, thus making them cross the line.
Generally I don't make judgements about the asker wtihout a few examples of their work, or if I care to have any idea about the type of person they are I take the time to seek out what I can from what they let show, keeping in mind, there is much they don't show.
So the short answer is most of the time I try to just answer the question as I see fit, I don't consider the personality of the asker as it should have no baring on my answer for it to be true to myself. Sometimes, however, you can't help but make judgements, we are afterall, human.

Yes.
Otherwise I would have 100% best answers, now; wouldn't I?
The question tells me a great deal about your mood, and your interests, and your sense of humor if you write well.
I also have begun to double check on why people chose a different answer to see why I was wrong. It tells me even more about the asker and about myself, as well.
And if I were an English teacher, I would point out that it is "From their question" and not "On their question".
Your questions are very interesting, but; you change directions in what you are thinking a lot. You have a stream of coniousness thing going on, but; you also have a back and forth project in your mind. I try my best to think of what you want but also remember what I want to give you.
A good writer always puts a little, himself or herself in everything they write, including questions.
BTW, you should ask yourself if anything you do in life is ever designed so as not to have other people make assumptions about who you are. You choose your image and your words, and they speak volumes. I may be wrong but there is a duality of purpose with you and a multiplicity of interests.
You can say a lot from my answers as well, when you get past all the television and movie questions and look at the advice and understanding questions. I accept that and hope it is not offensive to those who read my words and feel they are reading me as well.
I could tell you another story but it wouldn't make things any more clear than they already are.
Ready you later.

Wow you sure got some really long thoughtful answers here. For me, I don't really assume anything. Unless I keep bumping into the same answerer question after question, and I can see the way they answer questions, the lazy ones will be lazy: 1-5 word answers, the witty ones (I love!) and the rude ones...
That's all I assume I guess

The only time I make assumptions is when I am left to imagine an answer.Sometimes people aren`t completely honest and give half @ssed answers or none at all.
