well i have a webcam on my windows media center pc

and i was wondering if you know any program that has effects like a apple computer when you turn of the webcam how it gives you alot of effects

www.logitech.com has a image program for adding items to face and head.Also it has avatars to replace you on screen such as shark,elf,pirate,others.
