I would have to say Pisces in a hearbeat. For some reason they are just really mellow and seem to take FOREVER, both to get into a relationship and also to make the first move. They make a great boyfriend material since they are so romantic and warm at heart but it even seems that in my experience I had to be the one to give the first hint too. I have no regrets with any Pisces males, they are just awesome if given the opportunity.

Scorpio They really have a hard time committing. They love passion, hard time being faithful, trust is an issue, and know how to have fun. Magnetic personality obvious because of their sign. They just can't say "We are a couple and I love you" Not all but in general.
Even though you didn't ask I find most Gemini are the same because they are off and on just as a general.

Hmmm, I would probably say Scorpio. Have dated too many will not in the future. Would never date a Leo. Not sure if they have a commitment problem or just a faithful problem. Can't wait to hear the answer!
Well, just read leo and guess I should have given him a chance. He did have lots of girlfriends so I didn't trust him. Guess that just was his sign of being a Dr. ;0)

I would have to say Aquarius the most because they have a hard time commiting and are very distant with there emotions,
