I do not know if I can address the question "When does my well-being become less important than my goal?", but I can tell you that going to school full time and working full time is too much. Can you make it on a part-time job and perhaps some students loans? Will your current employer keep you on part-time?
You did not mention what you educational field is, but some loans are partially or totally forgiven if you work in given fields aften graduating - usually those which are in greater demand. Go to the student aid office at your institution to get some advice. Check to see if you qualify for a Pell Grant.
You cannot be getting the most of your studies if you are exhausted, and it even sounds as though you may be endangering your own safety - and perhaps even that of others - if you are driving from work to classes in an exhausted state.

Good luck to you. Where there is a will, there is a way, and I know you can find a better way to your goal. If it takes you a little longer, you will at least be in better health and enjoy the process more along the way!!!

Give up your job, school work is more important. Plus you will run yourself down and become so exhausted that you just can't handle it any more and go into a break down. I had a job and was in college my first semester-not a good combo. I was tried, and was so ready to quit something.

If you're too tired and your grades are suffering you should let the job go. You'll have lots of time to work later.

Maybe you should do less hours instead of quitting completely.
