Terrorist, feh. He had no political agenda, he did not target anybody, he not only had no intent to harm, he though he was harmless. For example, he practiced law with it, schmoozed with people, went jogging, got married, and took his clue from the doctors, who didn't make a big deal of it, didn't call for him to be quarantined...he looked fine, felt fine, took the word of the doctors that he was not a risk to his finance and her child, etc. etc.
Where were the people, who are suddenly so terribly concerned, when he was allowed to go jogging, go to court, live a life as if there was nothing worrisome about him?
I feel sorry for him to have been so badly advised, if only by the doctors' nonchalant demeanor.
The fact is that TB is not that easy to catch, and his case is especially unlikely to be spread as he has very low quantities of detectable organisms.
So it is good he is being treated for this condition in a proper manner, but he has not really presented a significant danger to others and he and the public have the doctors to blame for his impression that he was not sick enough to put others in danger.

If you ask most medical experts the media really blew this out of proportion. Yes what he did was reckless, but not criminal, second when he boarded his flight back to NA it wasn't truelly confirmed that he had the very bad strain of TB. Third, very few passengers were actually at risk since this strand only can travel a short distance hence why they really wanted to see the people just in the seats around him. If people end up getting this form of TB from him he is civilly liable but not legally.

No political agenda. He was a menace, but, without any cause to advance by spreading a plague, he wasn't a terrorist.

Terrorism is a term used to describe violence or other harmful acts. If you go labeling everything as terror, very soon it loses its scare and its definition.
There is plenty of evidence that he was not aware of the severity of the exposure.
Under your logic should we start prosecuting people with AIDS next??
