Try rubbing compound. My wife backed over some PVC pipe and for some reason left terrible black marks on the back of my VW. I used rubbing compound and a lot of elbow grease and it all come off. If yours has actual scratches, the rubbing compound probably won't take them out if they are trough the paint. In that case get some touch up paint of the same color. Good luck. Pops

the surface needs to be sanded down then primed and painted to regain it's original appearance. unless you are experienced as a paint and auto body tech, take it to a body shop and let them fix. You can make it actually look worse if you think you can do it without knowledge and just getting some advise here. it should not cost a huge amount. call and price around. i wish those parking blocks were made of rubber. at least you can get that off without a repair shop involved. good luck!

Lots of elbow grease and warm water. There are probably some scratches that will have to reprimed and painted, but it is just a touch up job that you can do yourself. Next time stop before hitting the concrete block, but don't feel badly because we all do it occasionally, even with 40 years and a million kilometres experience.

You should call your local car dealer and talk to there service dept. They have special people who come to the dealership that correct this type of problem. They wet sand the area and air brush the color back on then clear coat the area. The cost is less than a quarter of the price a body shop would charge. When done its good as new.
