someone from the middle east. Someone called me that too one time even though I'm not middle eastern at all!

I was in the military and I was always offended when the guys would call Arabs "sand ni gg ers." It just makes it easier to define the enemy and de-humanize them, just like back in the days of racial oppression in the US. When humans gather in a group we all have feelings of superiority, and racism will always plague our world. I think we should avoid banning words and work to teach our children to respect all human beings, rather than instill a code of conduct against "racism." I think the use of "ni gg er" and "ni gg a" should not be eliminated from our national vocabulary, because this movement is not succeeding in anything at all. I was raised to believe "ni ggers" were dirty people, not stricly racial. I would not call anyone a ni gger, because of the stigma behind the term however, I believe if we start "banning" words at the national level we will be no different than a socialistic Nazi Germany. If in a Democracy we allow the majority to censor speech, we are not a democracy.. And if anyone calls you a sand ni gger don't sweat it they are just ignorant *******, and don't take it to heart. ; )

Well because many people from the middle east and like towards india have dark skinned. The middle east has what kind of terrain? sandy right? Well they call you that because you are darker than a caucasian and almost the color of african americans. Also some african americans have middle eastern roots and vice versa. Slaves were shipped to and from the middle east. I think thats wrong sorry people call you that!

Yes, it's a middle eastern person. They probably couldn't tell you were banglasdehi. It basically means, to a racist, you aren't White, you're just a different type of n*gger.
