Some really early signs might be spotting or cramping, going to the bathroom a lot, being tired, having sore breasts, and your skin getting darker in places.

Yes, I did and showed signs very soon after of conception - perhaps as soon as 10 days. Although, I thought I had a stomach bug or flu at first. I was extremely tired (I blamed Christmas), had nausea, some degree of dizziness, horrible headaches and sensitive breasts. Three days before my period was due I finally did a test because I had a 'feeling' and didn't want to take any medication for the 'flu' until I was sure. I was only three weeks pregnant and already had symptoms for 2 weeks. The thing is, if we don't miss a period, we often confuse those early pregnancy signs for something else... so for most of us it goes by 'unnoticed'.

I knew I was pregnant before I missed my period but this is my third child. Its not uncommon to have sore or tender breast even before you miss your period. Morning sickness usually wont occure till after you've missed your period generally around 4 to 8 weeks of pregnancy but can happen later or throughout the entire pregnancy.

I knew I was pregnant before my period was late with both of my children but I think that is rare. Women rarely experience morning sickness, breast tenderness, tiredness, etc until later but you might. I would wait until you are a few days late, then test. Even then, at such and early time, it may not be accurate. Try to be patient

there are several "signs" that may suggest you are pregnant, including a missed period, but none are "positive" except a heartbeat, sight on ultrasound or external movements, but that is later.
