I don.t know if you have a tumor. That would be up to a Dr. to decide. I have had the ringing for years. I have learned to ignore it most of the time.

From the looks of your avatar. There is nothing in there for a tumor to grow on. My diagnosis would be the wind is bouncing around in there. Just lie down until the storm is over. You will be just fine, ( maybe).
