Hi! I'm quite overweight due to... well, my own reasons. I am already as tall as my mom and 1 inch away from my father, however, my brother of 18 years of age is already towering over me a few inches, and my little brother, who just turned 13, is already my height and may surpass me in a few weeks or so. How can I get taller? I don't want to be the shorty of the family! Please help.

Seems have a big turn in a person's life. The external form of a person is ideal in the eyes of the planet when every feature is assembled in flawlessness or very nearly there. Of all of them, height represents an important role.
Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aL50u , grow taller 4 Idiots.
The combination of proteins with growth hormones, could certainly lead to a taller stature and this really is what you would study on this book, how you can set this mixture used because this system really work for nearly all people.

You may/may not get taller. A lot of guys stop growing at around 17/18. Some guys continue getting taller into their early 20s. It's also true that some guys get a "second" growth spurt in their late 20s, but this is quite uncommon I think.
In any case, being 5'6" is a fairly average height. So even if you don't get any taller, there shouldn't really be any issues. You might be the shortest, but there isn't much you can do about that.

Hi there.
Normally, the growth hormones work until 17 to 19 years. There are many variations, but its extremely unlikely for the height to increase after late 19. So, I think you've got still a year to grow!
Generally, final height depends upon heredity. But if you are physically active and having good food you can beat it. One strange thing about growth hormone is that it is discharged from the brain while you are sleeping. So, adequate sleep is also necessary.
If you are doing any workouts, never do free-weights on vertical stretch or over head weights while standing. That means, you should not put weight on your growing bones of legs. At 17, the bones of thigh and leg are about to close down their growth and get permanently fixed. If you put much pressure on it, you might loose a couple of inches of your height. Stretching exercises are best for you.

My son was 6 ft at 18 and grew another 3 inches after that.
But generally you will be approximately the height of your
parents.
Although my brother is 5'8" his wife was 5'7" and their children were 6', 6'3", 6', and 6'6". His wife's father was very
tall. So height actually can jump a generation.
Try not to stress over it, it is genetics, and there is very little you can do about it. Good Luck.

If you REALLY need to know if you are going to grow anymore your physician can order an X-RAY of your wrist and forearm. The epiphysial growth plate at the head of the radius and ulna are the last 2 growth plates to fuse and if they are, you're done. If they are not fused you can continue to grow. I sometimes order these prior to placing dental prosthetics on patients because the last thing I need is a patient to grow after placement and show resulting poor restorations, bad for business.

Sorry, but according to this website you probably won't grow anymore based on your parents height and yours.
