a regular homo is a guy who is gay but you cant really tell from the first glance and a flaming homo is a gay guy who has a high pitched voice speaks stand and walks like a chick....

regular homosexuals are gay people who just are. u might not be able to tell right away, or they dont feel that they should yell it to the world. a flaming homosexual would be a gay person who is up there at the mountain top, screaming at the top of their lungs that they are gay. get it?

This might be politically incorrect.. But i'll say my perception on it. I am going to assume you are talking about Males by the way when I answer.. A "homosexual's" characteristics are normally in the capacity that, you can't really tell by their mannerisms off the bat that they are gay, until you get to know them a little.
A "flamming homoesexual" as you put it, I believe is very obvious from the get-go that they are indeed homosexual.. Talking a lot with their hands, and talking very feminine. From a distance you can point them out without hearing them but just by seeing them when they are excited or upset about something, it is very drammatic.

Concerning males: regular could be someone like you. Flaming is maybe a little over the top, acting feminine, walking with a swish, etc.

"Flaming" in this context means intentionally obvious.
You almost certainly know one or more guys who are gay but that you've assumed are str8. You probably know others who don't try to be obvious but you either know or guess about.
