Maybe they just have other plans! Be assertive and persistant (not annoying though!) and call them up, IM them or text them and say hey what are ya doing this weekend? And if they say they are busy say, ohmaybe next weekend! Make sure you try and plan ahead!

It's that they suck. Instead of including you in the fun they leave you alone. You need a better group of friends to hang out with.
