could the u/s actually see the fetus or would it just show the sac?coz when i went for my u/s they said i was 6 weeks and 5 days so then i would have had to concieved b4 the 18th of nov ?

The U/S tech definitely should have been able to see the baby if you measured 6 weeks, 5 days. Are you sure of your dates? Have you had any more ultrasounds? Have they changed your due date?
Concieving on 18/19 Nov would make you due around 11
August. Are you measuring, and supposed to be 30 weeks?
If use measure that,and the doc hasn'tchanged your due date, don't worry about it; and don't change conception date either.

at about 12 weeks or so you should be able to see the fetus, at 18 weeks they can reasonably determine gender

when dr tell you how far along you are they begin the weeks with the first day of your last period. today i am 31 weeks preg. by every pregnancy calculator in the world, but i am only 29 weeks of conception.
