Virgin Mobile sucks? Yes or no?

I used to have a Virgin Mobile cell, i now have Verizon wireless. Anyone else here have experience with Virgin Mobile? Do they suck, or not so much you think?

I think they are great, cheap and reliable, but I use it as a phone not a toy that I have to use 24 hrs. a day.
