Legally, this is Yahoo!'s web space and they can delete what they want. Morally, I think they should allow more freedom of speech on both sides of the aisle. I have not had answers deleted much but I have had one or two.

If you have a history of asking questions that do nothing but create more problems, you most likely got what you were looking for.

Ask your questions in an intelligent way and you'll do a whole lot better.

However if all you want to do is spoil for a forum fight, give up now. This is Yahoo's back yard. Show some consideration to their contribution to the social interaction.

Your rhetoric is underwhelming.

What you don't seem to understand (beyond basic communications skills) is that Freedom of Speech has noting to do with this kind of forum. This is not a government sponsored website. It is a private business endeavor, run by Yahoo.

As such, Yahoo can put any kind of limits on your questions and answers that it chooses.

you dont have freedom of speech on someones elses dime, and yahoo is footing the bill..
plus this is a international site..not american per se,
I have been offended and reported aviators, and things posted that went against site guidelines, I hope they have taken these things seriously and deleted them This site is for ages 13 and up also..so youngsters will be popping in, and they dont deserve to read hate and what not.
so you have more then one ID? is that legal on here?
legal advice...dont post on a site if you dont agree with or abide by the posted rules.
go elsewhere

You do have freedom of speech. However, when a service provider or forum sets specific parameters for what is acceptable you must comply with those, especially if you accepted the user agreement. You do always have the option of challenging the restriction in court. You can either represent yourself (pro se), get a lawyer who will determine the merits of your case, or see if the ACLU will take on the issue. Until such time as an issue is addressed in court, it is considered legal, at least as related to Bill of rights issues. Good luck.

I just have to add my two cents: Hello, PSYCHO!!! Or perhaps I'm really part of the "dictatorial Gistapolice" (Is that even a word?) trying to keep you repressed!

There isn't a thing you can do about it. Yahoo is a FREE service, and you agree to THEIR terms when you use their service. You are not damaged in any judicially quantifiable manner. You cannot recover.

The above checklist is solid, yet i could upload "selflessness"to it. you are able to desire to be keen to permit your mate to be thierself except it somewhat is unfavorable to the dating. Faithfulness is likewise paramount. Infidelity, in any type, is unfavorable.
