I was wondering if it's possible to watch a video from my VCR to my laptop using an S-Video cable, just like you use an S-Video cable to watch a video on TV. If it's possible, what program do I need to do that? Do I need certain software?

You would need a video/tv capture card such as this one:

If your computer has the connection for it ,go for it .Be sure to check the owner's manuel to see what it says.Probabky will need software. I know you can watch movies via DVD player which I have my computer. But otherwise ,it is up in the air. The tech for computers is improving all the time.

I watch Arrow too. i've got purely watched a pair of episodes from each and each show you have indexed yet they have notably sturdy rankings on IMDb. i admire Grimm, Hannibal, Revenge, and The Mentalist. And present day kinfolk is humorous.
