It depends on a lot of other factors, like skin color, eye color,
your hair style, and what you are wearing. A lot of times it would be best if your eyeshadow matched how u felt that day,
if youre kinda tired and just wanna be relaxed go natural, but if you want to dress up go with color eye shadow. I would say also pick an eyeshadow color that goes well with your eyeliner, try going with green or purple to bring out brown eyes, sometimes you can even mix too colors or have one on top and one on the bottom, if you have blue eyes stay away brown colors they will make your eye look like it has an infection, unless the brown is close to your tone, my best answer is to experiment, since i dont know your eye color i cant tell you and im not going to list all the colors, but the best way to know what makeup works best is just to try them all and see which one you like, also you might not even need eye shadow, just put on a great color for lipsticl, maybe red since youre wearing black and has red colors already on, try pinks, blues, anything, eventually you'll find something, if you aint sure draw your eye with your eye color and use color pencils just to see how the colors would look like together and choose the best one if you dont want to have to remove makeup all night. but since you have one day, try experimenting tonight! best wishes!

More important than your dress and jewelry is your skin tone, eye color and preference(some people aren't comfortable in certain colors). That said, since you're already doing black, white, red and some rhinestones a classic look would be stunning. Think Dita Von Teese - a well groomed eyebrow, neutral shadow, defined black eye liner and a red lip (it wouldn't have to be as red as this:
http://i38.photobucket.com/albums/e132/spoon5/dita.jpg
If that doesn't work for you here are a few suggestions to make your eyecolor "pop" -
blue eyes - bronze, chocolate or teal
brown eyes - plum, saphire
green - champagne, violet
Also, if you have flecks of a color in your eyes try picking that up with shadow or eyeliner.
Here's an amazing tutorial on doing a smoky eye (which can be done with any color combo) -

(click on "smoky eye" in the left menu)
If I had more information I'd happy to help but hopefully those will spark something.
Have a great time!

try light black eyeliner with a glittery white shadow applied on the lid and just under the brow bone. Add a medium grey eyeshadow just above the eyeliner on the corners. It will give your eyes a smokey, sultry look. It will look great with your dress. Either way I'm sure you will look stunning. good luck.

You're doing black, white and red, so I think adding a colour would just blow the whole thing out of proportion.... Try a nude or beige coloured eyeshadow (that mixes in with your skin), and mabye some liqiud eyeliner and mascara. Have fun!!! :)

I would say that you should use black eyeliner and silver shadow(not too much) and if you can wear it depending on your complexion, red lipstick(whatever shade fits you~try diff. shades on all women can't). And dont forget your mascara(the best piece of makeup ever invented). That would be nice!! I hope that you have a good time~

1] wear charcoal gray and silver shadows, charcoal or black liner, and black mascara, OR
2] navy and silver, with navy shadow and mascara, OR
3] deep purple and black and black
The darker your hair, the darker your liner and mascara should be ] blonde - navy or dk. brown, brown - deep brown or charcoal, black - black ].
Choose an intense color for lips such as a red or berry, and make sure your blush works with it so you don't look like a vampire or a TB patient with a raging fever.

This also depends on the color of your eyes. If your eyes are blue do not wear blue. A platinum base with a deep berry or wine color.
