The first 2 sound very posh , the last 2 just sound like common chavs.
No offense to anyone with that name!!

I would say Kimberly & Kellie sound like cheerleaders to me. The other two could be considered posh because most people shorteren them to Bree and Izzy.

Ok...I'm gonna go as quick as I can so you can get a raw answer
Brianna~Spoiled baby
Isabella~Gracious & classy
Kimberly~Kind & caring, but easy to smile
Kellie~ average, but out-going
Jeeps! I know these names don't really mean these things...these are just adjectives that came to my mind.

Brianna: I think short and plump ( my old landlord has a sweet, plump and wonderful little daughter named Brianna)
Isabella: I think of my little poodle (that's HER name)
Kimberly: I think of my best bud on the planet ( it's her oldest daughter's name)
Kellie: I think of an old boss of mine (that was her last name)
>Random, I know, but you asked! :) <

I'm approximately 60, so for me the answer is:
Young women about your age, dear, with parents who wanted to give them trendy names when they were born--except maybe for Isabella's. (I shudder at the respelling of Kelly, even though in principal I prefer names to make clear the gender of their bearers, which the "ie" accomplishes. But!)
