when using cable for my small business wireless internet connection which media type is best to use?

i own a small business and want to add wireless internet for my customers for about 5 computer stations in an area of about 300 feet.

Cable , as in cable TV type would accept RG58 and RG59 but for really good stuff I like RG6 / shielded cable.

If an ethernet network use CAT5 cabling, shielded if EMF (lots of electrical devices in the immediate area)
