I usually type with correct capitalization, spelling, and punctuation. However, sometimes, when I don't feel like it, I don't use correct capitalization and punctuation. On some polls and surveys questions, I don't use complete sentences at all.

I try to use some punctuation, and I don't like using weird abbreviations, except for LOL or stuff like that.
I don't type, "R U gunna B L8" or weird stuff like that. It's just plain lazy.
