I am not sure why I am answering this. I looked at your other recent questions, and you got good advice, especially about calling a hotline.

Since you have internet access, if you want cheering up, try watching some comedy clips on youtube.

Nobody can make you feel better about yourself. And, best of all, you don't NEED someone to. Once you realize that, truly, you will be much better off.

No matter how desperate you are, or confused or angry at anyone, including yourself, just take a look in the mirror and tell yourself that there is no other person in the world as unique and as wonderfull as you are.
If you only see problems and dissapointment in your eyes, you will be blinded by the shadows of depression. Shake off those ill thoughts and feelings, and let your bright side come out; tell yourself how important you are to the world and to others.................give yourself a present.........smile at you and remember, many many people care and love you.

I have not read any of you other letter, but somthing that always helps me is going outside or even inside, and just screaming as loud as you possibly can. Its helps with anything sadness, anger, confusion. It doesn't make the problem go away but it helps... well it helps me.
