If Gore or Thompson enters, will it change the dynamics of the race (especially in terms of who will be the favourites)?

Fred Thompson is not making an official announcment, yeah or nay, until the July 4th weekend. There are probly others but the deadline is looming. The longer a candidate waits the less likely they are to get endorsements and financial contributions.

Fred Thompson, of Law and Order is probably going to enter, expect at least one more from each party after that as it's still ridiculously early.

I have to say that i'd love to see Gore 2008...Thompson...not a fan.
