I laughed so hard when he started blubbering. And your question made me laugh again, recalling it. How fake can a fat man be? The Breathalyzer test is a great idea. They would pass much less harmful legislation because they would have far fewer votes, and we would all be better off.

I could make better decisions if I was half as drunk as most legislators.

I am against this. If your Congressman is a drunk, his poor voting record will get him out of office.
I don't know if I was a Congressman that I wouldn't have a problem setting foot in that room without a few in me!
