Not at all,I think its always a very nice gesture, probably the nicest of gestures, because they can spend the money how they wish, and your not stuck picking out a personal gift that may not come in as handy as $100,however I think a nice card with a nice crisp $100 dollar bill would be the nicest way to give the gift.

He** No! I would love for my sis or bro to give me a $100 check for an anniversary gift! Just put it in a card.

It would probably be a better idea to buy your sister a gift that costs about $50, and give a $50 cheque to her husband. That would likely make them both happy.

I believe a check is still considered bad taste. It's like you've just to self involved to care or something like that! How personal is a gift card to Wal-mart?

Make it a $100 bill, in a nice card, not unless your mailing it.

If there's something that you can think of that she's mentioned she needs then get that for her, but otherwise money is just fine. Then they can decide what to do with it. :)

Yes. If she's your sister you should know what she wants or needs.
