The family and friends have evidence and have been collecting evidence but we cannot get a lawyer for under 15,000 and his assets are tied he does not even have a divorce lawyer and they are giving him meds SOMEdays and SOMEDAYS not please help

Can you come up with a reason why anyone would be willing to invest time in your brother? Does he have kids, for example, who miss him, or is he worthwhile in some way?
You can go to Legal Aid on his behalf, but he's going to have to speak up for himself, too.

The judge will appoint him a lawyer if he cannot afford one, when he is arrained the judge will ask him how he pleads and if he has a lawyer and then a lawyer will be sent there to talk to him. What has he done that is so bad?
