I think with your motivation and ability, you should try to get a job that uses your bilingual ability. You could be a big asset to your Hispanic community in translating (dentist's and doctor's offices sometimes need them); you could have your parents sign a work permit (if it's needed in COS) and try to work at the airport, or even a hospital.

Don't let your age hold you back; you are only going to get older and wiser, it's anybody else's loss if they let you get away!

The main question is...is Wendys hiring? Especially in the hours and fields you can work? But because you asked...leaving aside spelling and grammar...

1. This means you have been doing this since you were 13. Which is a severe violation of child labor laws.
2. Not hearing complaints does not mean they don't exist. I was once written up ever week for a year, and never knew about it.
3. Are these needed fields in your area? How do they relate to working at Wendys?
4. Although this alone would net you a job in a lot of places...

Did you fill out the application correctly? Have you been in trouble with the company? Does the manager know you?

Just keep trying. Look at other locations. be willing to take lesser jobs if there is a chance to move up. And get everything in writing...

The first couple weeks are the toughest. Learning the menu, wherein the whole thing is, methods to installed orders, that sort of factor. So you are looking to do your task whilst being harassed. Hopefully they will deliver you a breaking in interval wherein you best have two-three tables for your phase. And expectantly they would possibly not begin you on a Friday or Saturday (referred to as "being thrown to the wolves"). After that it truthfully will get to be an effortless task. You have the whole thing geared up for your head. "two waters at 103, meals introduced now to 204, at the long ago refills at 209, a hundred and one demands to be reset, then take orders at 103" and many others. The waitressing facet is effortless, it is simply the leadership and impolite shoppers that make it worrying. But so long as you hold that smile pasted for your face and are amiable and act calm, you can do great. Even whilst all people is throwing a monkey wrench into your plans. Good good fortune! It's well cash!
