I HOPE not. She deserves EVERY SINGLE minute in jail. In fact, I think she deserved a 90 day sentence or more. Celebrities should not be exempt from the law or get special treatment.

The jail they're sending to her isn't like jail for us normal people. It's more like a hotel! I think Paris will get out of it. Rich people usually do.

she will go to prison ,but its stupid..its a lame driving thing,we have thousands of the same type of offence over here each month...these people are let off,coz its a bit lame,not worth the paperwork etc.....most people would be glad to have paris hilton living next to them ,rather than an allnight raver with a prefferance for stella and skunk.. or some foreign geezer who has won the bennifits lottery

Arnold says he has more important things to worry about!! no i think she will have to serve there really is no way for her to get out of it. If she skips town and they can't find her then she will have to serve even more time
