what's name of this movie?

it's about policeman's daughter is kidnapped. she in car with bad guy, polices in the cars and chase him. in the end, she likes him, police caught him, she took gun and tell them let him go and she left with him in the helicopter.

The Chase with Charlie Sheen and Kristy Swanson. She wasn't a policeman's daughter though, just a rich man's.

Might've been the remake of "The Chase" with Charlie Sheen and Kristy Swanson.
