I added an exception to the firewall, but still cant get connected

1)how do I come from behind??
2)i tried shutting it off, won't connect still
3) frost wire won't connect either

Did you download that "limewire update" If you did, that's a virus. Try to uninstall and reinstall

If you have Limewire you will have to come from behind the firewall to get in there.

Are you using a router or an ISP supplied "modem"? A NAT router is also a firewall and requires configuration similar to a software firewall.
Most routers can be accessed by typing 192.168.1.1 into your browser address bar.

That happens to me with some games. The only thing you can do is turn your firewall completely off, download stuff, then turn it back on.
