For angry, I actually have a small punching bag, the kind where you fill the bottom with water. Relieves A LOT of stress and is a great workout.

Blast "Tears Dry on Their Own" by Amy Winehouse and sing to it. Or you could play racquetball, it's really good at relieving your stress and anger.

I have learned to meditate and it has made a large difference. Whereas I used to wake up at least once per night, now I sleep through. As long as I meditate sometime during the day for as little as 10 minutes, it definitely has a strong affect on me.

take up a hobby that you can do any time, for as long or short as you want.

like just keep a sketch book in your room
or listen to music,
i have stand up comedy on my ipod!

Exercise: Spend an hour on the treadmill, or just go for a long walk. Let the endorphins just wash your woes away.

Get some thick shag carpet. Grab the carpet with your toes. Pull your feet away. Lather, rinse, repeat.
Also, get a massage. That's even better.

well whenever i get mad at my mom and dont want to get in trouble by snapping back i hold in ountil shes done and then go kick myy soccer ball EXREMELY HARD around that yard until my steam is gone as for stresss take ll long nice bath with calming music (and bubbles:)

do something stupid, silly, or peaceful and just tell your self anger and stress are a part of life and that you just have to work through it.
