Depends on the eye makeup. If you are going to wear nude lipstick (I would suggest something with a hint of pink though), then play up your eyes. If you are going to wear light eye makeup, then red as long as it's something with a blue base, not an orange base, and blot it so it doesn't look too thick.

Nude lipstick it better because it matches everything and it is natural. Red lipstick doesn't match everyone.

on a girl, i prefer more natural colors, so nude lipstick would be my choice for a girl to wear, but i can't tell them what to wear, so ya.. if they wear red,m it's ok but i'd rather have nude or just glossy color.
