what in the world is going on with imports from china??????
now poisonous toothpaste for humans and animals?
they are trying to kill us chemically..........
i bought some tea from china and am nervous to drink it........
i think we should boycott all products from there until they are proven safe again....
everything regarding pet foods that is poisonous is from china, i receive the fda notices daily......
now it is also in some type of edible lily from there...
what the heck???????????

My wife is Chinese and like many Chinese will not buy products from China. Food is especially dangerous. The problem is that since the fall of communism (although they never admit communism has been replaced) people will do anything to get money including adulterating food with poisons or selling meat which is infected with disease. The Head of the Chinese Food agency has just been condemned to death for allowing poisoned food to be sold: but that will not solve the problem.

I think you're a wise person. "Boycott made-in-china products until p[roven safe again" is an excellent idea. Pressure should also be exerted on the US companies that operate in China. They of all people should know the US Food Safety System and ensure their made-in-china products are in FULL compliance with US standards.

China has an incredibly corrupt economy - business leaders routinely pay off politicians to look the other way. Regulation as we know it is ineffective.
I agree - food and food ingredient imports from China should be banned until the Chinese government gets its act together.
That will take a while.

I agree with a boycott! what's next, poisoning our water supply? now there's something to worry about! I truly hope the pet food incident was a total accident or oversight! However I do feel that these Chinese pet food co. should be held accountable & responsable for the death & illness of our pets!A boycott should be inforced until these matters are properly dealt with!

Have you seen that movie episode from Twilight Zone -The Monsters are due on Maple Street, " well maybe its just like the aliens. Maybe they waiting to see whats gonna happen if they press certain buttons to see how people respond to it.
Then we could beat our own selves up.

What would be the motive for trying to kill us? There's recalls on all sorts of USA manufactured items and foods all the time. I agree with the previous answer that you're overreacting. I disagree with the previous answer calling you racist.
Maybe they're mad because what we call "man's best friend", they call "dinner".
