Ordinarily I would have passed this question by except for the few comments made about the sanity/insanity of people claiming to have seen 'little green men'. I am not going to get too involved in this because the answer is too complex and would take a great deal of time. I will say this however, other than the government agenda that has been hiding behind the cover of 'extra-terrestrial visitation' and confusing people there is, and has been, a force on this planet for thousands of years. It is commonly known as a 'shape shifter' . Some people refer to this phenomenon as god, ghosts, angels, demons etc. I have done extensive study on various religions including shamanism. In the book titled 'Shamanism - Archaic Techniques of Ecstasy' authored by Mircea Eliade (who was Chairman of the Department of History of Religions at the University of Chicago) draws on a book that had been published in 1934 by Willard Z. Park (Northwestern University Studies in the Social Sciences). It appear that a 'little Green man' was a 'teacher' of shamans in the healing arts. This of course in 'vision'. The phenomenon that is a 'shape-shifter' used this particular form when instructing in the healing arts. It has also appeared in countries such as Ireland and some parts of Scandinavia as 'little people' who perform miracles etc. This phenomenon was put in place to instruct and teach and enlighten the people on this planet. Why, I have no idea. Who put it in place, I can't answer that question either. But whoever or whatever it is wanted to help the people on this planet evolve. I have traced it back 17,000 years. That is a very, very long time to be instructing and teaching. But when I look at the world around me it doesn't take much to realize we need another 17,000 years. If you want answers to the subjects of ghosts, extra-terrestrials, gods etc., I strongly suggest you get the book I mentioned. Eliade has an extensive bibliography and no one in his/ her right mind argues with the man. There is a great misconception that all shamans were and still are drug addicts and alcoholics. No, most shamans would not touch the stuff if they are being serious. Drugs and alcohol don't make a shaman and a shaman does not need drugs and alcohol. They, however, carried very important information down through the ages to us living today but is too involved to relate here at this time.
Many individuals do not like an answer that involves more than one or two words so I apologize if this is too lengthy for you.

I believe they've been watching us much longer than we've been watching or thinking of them. If you would bother to spend enough time researching it; than you might just realize some things without ever having to ask. They came from the Heavens........On Earth as it is in Heaven; Diversity.

Does'nt matter what I believe. Only matters if there is or if there is not. Logic tells me that it is highly possible that other life forms have most likely developed in other places, or other times.

It's downright selfish to believe that with billions of stars in our single galaxy, with millions of billions of galaxies, that none of them have any planets that could sustain life.

i don't know where people got the idea of those retarded green things with the inverted-teardrop-shaped head and black, similarly shaped eyes. nowhere sane, i am sure. i do honestly believe that hell will freeze over and become a skating rink for flying pigs before we find evidence of these creatures.
