1. what gas quality? will cheaper gas effect cold start?
2. do these have what is know as a exelerator pump in the carb the choke being set dosnt seem to help.
Once it runs it run vary well almost to fast have adjusted valve to as close to specs as possable due to rocker arm ware with in 3.000 of and inch I cleaned plug what am i missing?

Always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.
ATC350X?
If yes, it's old enough to need a valve job.
Leaking valves will cause hard starting.
To check for leaking valves -
Perform a cylinder "leak down" test.
OR
Remove the spark plug.
Bring the piston to TDC of the compression stroke (valves closed).
With an air gun, blow into the spark plug hole.
Listen at the muffler and air box.
If you hear any hissing, the valve clearance is to tight, or the valves are leaking and it'll need a valve job.
This model doesn't have an accelerator pump.
The carb may need to be cleaned.
The choke circuit could be clogged.
Remove the carb and take off the float bowl.
If there's any dis-coloration or junk floating around, it should be soaked clean and install an in-line fuel filter.

spark plugs are right temp type and gapped right?
