My Gold Severums have been testing each others strength for mating lately. They been doing it so often that some of the scales have started to tear a little inside the top of one of their mouths and on top of their noses. I can see the tear and it was hard for one of them to eat their food because of it. I noticed the tear kind of blocks the openening of their mouth (kind of like if you had a flap of skin that blocks the mouth but they can still eat and breathe threw the mouth) What should I do about this because it is making it harder for them to eat.

There really isn't anything you can do to help it heal except keep the water very clean and watch carefully for fungus that might infect the wound. Given time it will heal.
