Honey i know that's mom and dad. They shouldn't even want you to marry someone your not happy with. I'm sorry mom and dad are not right in this situation. You need to be happy and money is not everything. I'm sorry I'll choose love over money any day. Money can not buy you peace and happiness. It can buy you friends but for how long. don't marry anyone because of money. You want be happy. Follow your heart and be happy sweetie. Money is the root of all evil.

Love is all fine and well but it doesn't pay the bills. The sad reality of life is that money pays for everything. Until the day you die, you will have bills...for food, electricity, water, etc. I say you look for both, love AND money. If there is only just one there, pass it and wait for the next.

Dear, your parents are only telling you what they want and not what you want, but is good to listen to them but not in total acceptance of what they want for you.
You have the right to make your choice, if only you are good at making the right choice at the right time.
Getting married is for the sake of love alone, no sentiment or material is attached to it.
Before you make your choice of husband, think about it very well and pray too.

fight for what you want...i believe that if you marry for money that the love between the two will only be about money and monitary things...however, if you marry for love then you will be happy for the rest of your life...i respect the fact that many families feel that they need to continue the legacy of money within the family but then everything becomes about money...marry who you love...good luck
