There has to be an endless list of fast food restaurants, stores, mowing jobs etc. around there. My son works at Krogers. All you need to do is go and apply at as many as you can, Surely one of them will call you. But you should hurry I imagine all the other school kids will be looking for part time work as well. If your gonna work at a restaurant it would be better to work at a nice family restaurant like Chili's, A Steakhouse, or a Seafood place because you can actually makes tips too. Fast food like Burger King, McDonald's etc, only pay minimum wage.
But if thats all you can get then take it, a little is better than nothing. It's nice to have some packet money.
