hi.i practiced ballroom dance last year and i wanna start it again. i am foreigner. just wanna ask about the heels which is used in ballroom dance. where can i find it? and how much the price ranges? thanks so much..i have no idea about these things in the states

You should try to find a local store. Fitting is important. If there is no ballroom store in your area - use internet. If you liked the brand you used - look it up and just order the same kind of shoes you had. If you want to shop for different shoes - here is a couple of links:
