Are there any other movies out there like Spun and Requiem for A Dream (crazy drug movies)? Children of Men and V for Vandetta (Big Brother movies)? & Equallibrium, Ultra Violet, and Aeon Flux? Any suggestions are helpful.

...a great 'crazy drug movie', and most highly recommended, is the bizarre film from 1976, entitled "Blue Sunshine"; a group of college kids, experimenting with an untested, synthetic form of LSD, suffer dire side effects, ten years later, by quite literally wigging out, losing their hair, and going on mindless murderous rampages.
Director Jeff Lieberman, who shocked theatre audiences in 1976, with the nature-strikes-back thriller, "Squirm", and in 1981, gave us the slasher-film/Deliverance cross-breed film, "Just Before Dawn", concocted a maniacal, no-holds-barred bizarro film with "Blue Sunshine", the product of which contemporary films like the recent "28 Days (& Weeks) Later" were clearly and keenly inspired.

Fear and Loathing in Las vegas for a crazy drug movie. A Clockwork Orange might fit in the Big Brother type category, but at the same time maybe not. It's been a while since I watched it.

Drug movies:candy, traffic, and strange circus( no drugs but chick be hallucinating all the time)
If you like movies with alot of action/fight scenes try Kiss of the Dragon
