A few.

The term "walk off" still applies, though, as it applies to anything that scores the winning run in the bottom of the 9th of subsequent inning.

Each of the links below is to a box score of a game won on a walk off - of some type.

There have been at least 8 MLB "balk-offs".

The most recent being Washington's Mike Stanton balking in Milwaukee's Chris Magruder in the 10th inning on July 15, 2005.

EDIT: the Mets game did NOT end on a balk. Reyes was the tying run.

Boston benefited from one in their 1986 American League championship season, 10-July hosting California. The Angels had scored three in the top of the twelfth (!) to take a 7-4 lead. The Red Sox fought back in the bottom with a two-out, two-run homer by Rice, an error, walk, and single (third run scored).

Todd Fischer (you probably never heard of him) then relieved, and balked in the runner from third. It was the ninth and last major league appearance for Fischer, and the only balk of his brief career.
