Lebron wont get "shut down" until he is about 38 years old, 17 years from now.

Is this a joke- Lebron has become the best clutch player in the game and game 5 against the pistons, he had up to four people guarding him and he scored the last 25 and 29 of the last 30 Cav points. Detroit has been the best defensive team with Tayshaun guarding Lebron. Lebron has outperformed in every category even defense. Bruce Bowen can't shut him down- he barely kept pace with Deron Williams when he was guarding him. Lebron is the next Michael Jordan and he will be unstoppable from now on!

Who said the Cavs were in the Finals?
But if they do make it in the Finals, then I do think Bowen would be able to shut down LeBron for a game or two, then LeBron would just be LeBron and drop 35.

Bruce won't shut down Lebron. He will still get his 30 points a night. But I believe Bruce will frustrate him and get him out of his game. Not only does he have to get past Bowen but Duncan as well.

First of all Cleveland isn't even in the finals and no one knows for sure if they will be. Remember last year people? Obviously not. You can't rule out Detroit. Sure they've played like crap 4 out of the 5 past games but you still can't count them out. Cleveland hasn't played much better than Detroit, just by a LITTLE. To be honest, whichever team makes it to face the Spurs will probably lose considering how dominant the Spurs are playing. To answer your question though...IF Lebron makes it to the finals Bowen has got his hands full.

No. LeBron's too big and too strong. However, this is what Bowen will try to do: touch him, bump him, get into his grill, make him work hard before he even gets the ball. When he has the ball, try to stay in front of him and make sure every shot is contested. That won't stop LBJ but the goal there is to tire him out or upset him enough to make him less efficient.

Only if he hits him in the balls, and tries to under cut him
by hitting him in the heals when he is going up.
Then again, LeBron is a MAN!!!! Bowen will have to
pick up his teeth from the floor if tried be dirty. King James
matching up with Bowen, will be nice to see. When dirty
play of Bowen won't be effective because he is short,
slow, and all his grabing and pushing won't work, Bowen
against LeBron is like Yao against Shaq. Weak player like
Bowen will be getting facial from LeBron all night long.

No, Bruce will not shut down Lebron in the finals. He is getting up their in age and has started to slow down and Lebron is still in his prime. The only way Lebron will be shut down is if the Spurs concentrate on Lebron specifically.

He averaged 27 points, 8 rebounds, and 5 assists against Bowen this season in 2 games. I think NOT.

No. Not even if you knocked 10 years off of Bowen's age.
