There are three main layers:
(outer most) epidermis
(middle) dermis
(inner most/ deepest) subcutaneous or hypodermis

NOTE: some people don't consider the subcutaneous part of the skin. It depends who you talk to.

There are subdivisions (sub layers) in the epidermis and dermis:

Epidermis--> stratum corneum (outer most)
stratum lucidum
stratum granulosum
stratum spinosum
stratum basale (inner most)

Dermis--> Papillary Region (outer most)
Reticular Region (inner most)
