Can you still get bad PMS on the pill?

Yes, you sure can. I found that it happened to me several times. I found that taking B Complex helped with the irritability part of the PMS part of it. With the water retention you could try something like Diurex if your dr says that it's ok to do.

You can find B Complex at many of the big name drug stores like Wal-Mart and also buy them at The Vitamin Shoppe (you can shop on their site if you don't have an actual store in your area.

PMS ususally starts the upcoming days before your period. But since every woman is different, that could vary depending on who you ask. I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "bad" PMS...if you mean can you be a raging @#*!* even if your on the pill then I guess. When a friend first got on the pill she was a mess, her emotions were all over the place, but for other women I know it effected them differenlty.
