You have to disable your pop-up blocker (or allow popups from pogo.com)
For IE:
Click on Tools->Internet Options
then click on the Privacy tab and choose "Pop-up Blocker Settings".
Add pogo.com to the "Allowed Sites", and you're good.
After this, you might have to activate activex in order to be able to actually run the games (I'd walk you through this, but I don't have the proper permissions to do this here on my work PC).

you can try the cntrl thing; however, my best friend (and I) both have pogo and we have to completely disable our pop-up blocker when playing on pogo.
There really is no need to have a pop-up blocker when playing on pogo because they are a very trustworthy site and they don't have pop-up ads.
to completely disable your pop-up blocker go to tools>pop-up blocker>turn off pop-up blocker.
